This policy describes cookies and similar browser storage used by AIMVAULT at https://aimvault.org/. The website is operated by VELTRIX MM LTD; its registered details appear in the Company information section below. For questions, email info@aimvault.org.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small records stored by your browser and sent with relevant website requests. Local storage keeps information in your browser without sending it automatically with every request. These technologies can maintain a sign-in session, preserve a shopping cart or remember a privacy choice. Session storage normally ends with the browser session; persistent storage remains until it expires, is replaced or is cleared.

2. Categories used by the site

A category being listed in the preference panel does not mean that every service in that category is active. Optional services must respect the relevant choices before placing storage that requires consent.

3. Storage used for core functions

WordPress and WooCommerce use session and cart-related storage to keep you signed in, associate a cart with the current browser, maintain cart contents and support security. Some records last for a session; others persist for the period needed by the relevant sign-in or cart function. Clearing or blocking these records can sign you out or interrupt checkout.

The theme stores your category selection in local storage under AIMVAULT_cookie_preferences_v2. It records the necessary, analytics, preferences and marketing choices. This local-storage record has no fixed automatic expiry in the theme; it remains until replaced or cleared in your browser. It does not by itself contain your payment details or Steam password.

4. Changing your choices

Open Privacy choices at the bottom of the page at any time. You can reject optional categories, select individual categories and save them, or accept all optional categories. Necessary functions remain active. You can change your choice later; withdrawing consent applies to future use and does not undo earlier lawful processing.

You can also delete cookies or local storage in your browser settings. Browser controls may need to be set separately for each device and browser. Changing a setting on AIMVAULT does not delete records placed independently by another website.

5. External services

Steam sign-in, Steam inventory links and payment services may open or load a separate service with its own cookies and privacy controls. Externally hosted item images and fonts can disclose ordinary connection information to the hosting provider even when optional cookies are disabled. Review the relevant provider’s notice when using that service.
