Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 16 October 2026
Last updated: 16 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to AIMVAULT at https://aimvault.org/, including the skin shop, case openings, listings, account balances and inventory. AIMVAULT is operated by VELTRIX MM LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our registered details are provided in the Company information section below. Contact us at info@aimvault.org or at our registered office.

1. Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract to use the service. Use paid or chance-based features only where they are lawful for you. These terms do not grant access to a feature that is restricted or unavailable in your location. Review the applicable information and terms before confirming a transaction.

2. Accounts and Steam

Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for authorised activity through your account and should report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Do not impersonate another person, share accounts to evade restrictions or provide another person’s payment information without authority.

Steam authentication is handled by Steam. Do not send us your Steam password. AIMVAULT is independent of Valve Corporation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve or Steam. Steam, Counter-Strike and item names belong to their respective owners. Relevant Steam and game-platform rules continue to apply.

3. Digital items and delivery

Check the item name, exterior condition and any other displayed characteristics before ordering. Images illustrate the listed item; a particular float, pattern or other characteristic is included only if expressly specified in the listing.

An item shown in your AIMVAULT inventory is an internal platform record and is distinct from a completed Steam transfer. External delivery, where offered, depends on the stated delivery method, item availability and Steam trade restrictions. An Open Steam inventory link simply opens Steam; it does not itself transfer an item. Do not regard a transfer as completed until it is confirmed.

4. Prices, orders and payments

Review the displayed currency, item price, quantity, taxes and any additional charge in the order summary before confirming payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges. Prices and availability can change before an order is confirmed.

Adding an item to the cart does not complete a purchase. Checkout allows you to review the order and provide required details before submitting it. Keep your order reference and confirmation. If a price or availability error affects an order, we will explain the available correction or refund rather than replace the item without agreement.

5. Cases and chance-based results

Before opening a case, review its cost, contents and displayed probabilities. One listed result is selected according to the case rules. You are not guaranteed a particular item, profit or resale value. Displayed valuations can change and are not a promise of a cash payout.

Do not exploit errors, manipulate results, use fraudulent payments or interfere with other users or security. If an opening fails or its result appears incorrect, contact support with the case name, approximate time and available reference.

6. Balances, inventory and test features

Account balances and inventory values can be used only through the functions expressly offered by AIMVAULT. A displayed value does not mean that cash withdrawal, external item delivery or any particular resale price is available. Demo and test credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Selling and listings

Where selling is available, you must have the right to sell the item and provide accurate details. Review the applicable commission, charges and amount payable to you before confirming a listing or sale. Platform restrictions, item availability and applicable trade rules may affect a transaction.

8. Cancellation, refunds and problems

We guarantee a refund when you request it within 14 calendar days of the payment date and any one of the following conditions applies:

  1. You paid but did not receive the item or service. The payment was taken, but the purchased item, credits or service were not delivered or provided.
  2. A payment failed, was duplicated or was charged incorrectly. A transaction failed but money was debited, the same purchase was charged more than once, or a payment error caused an incorrect charge.
  3. The purchase has not been activated or used. The purchased item, such as a skin, has not been activated, redeemed or used, or the purchased tokens or credits have not been spent.

These grounds are independent: meeting any one of them within the 14-day request period is sufficient. We refund the relevant purchase payment, wrongly taken amount or duplicate charge, as applicable.

Request a refund by emailing info@aimvault.org or using our contact form. Include your order or transaction reference, payment date and amount, purchase email and the applicable ground. Never send passwords, full card numbers or card security codes.

Qualifying refunds are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your request, normally to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

This commitment is not removed by a general digital-content exclusion or consent to immediate delivery. It does not restrict your statutory consumer rights, including rights and remedies that may continue after 14 days. Activation or use does not remove a qualifying claim about non-delivery or an incorrect or duplicate charge.

9. Availability and account restrictions

Maintenance, network failures and third-party restrictions may affect availability. We may apply proportionate restrictions to investigate fraud, misuse or security incidents and protect the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Restrictions do not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.

10. Intellectual property and responsibility

Do not copy or misuse website content, software or branding in breach of the relevant rights. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not reduce remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

11. Privacy and complaints

Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about personal data and browser storage. Send complaints to info@aimvault.org, with the relevant reference and the resolution you seek, so we can investigate.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future use and will show the effective date. Material changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing transaction. English law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any right you have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
